How many meals are in each meal plan?

Each meal plan comes with a detailed grocery list and three recipes.

How are meal plans delivered?

Meal plans are delivered by email and will arrive in your inbox on Fridays. Each meal plan comes with an easy-to-follow grocery list and three recipes.

How many people do these recipes serve?

Our meals are designed for two people (with occasional leftovers). They’re ideal for new parents, busy moms, working couples, and roommates.

Cooking for 4 or 6? Simply double or triple the recipe for more people!

How long do the recipes take to cook?

Most recipes take under 30 minutes to cook. Some have slightly longer cook times, but typically that’s just for simmering or cooking and doesn’t require any extra active work.

Can I cancel whenever?

Yes, if you decide you no longer need help planning delicious, healthy meals each week, you can cancel at anytime. Login to your account to update or cancel your membership.

Do your meals adhere to any specific diets?

Our meals are not specific to any diet in particular, but most are gluten-free and dairy-free. If a meal has gluten or dairy, we include instructions to make them gluten and dairy free.

We also feature vegetarian meals on a frequent basis, but no more than once a week.

How is this different than other boxed meal services?

We’re not a food delivery service. We simply provide the grocery list and recipes (hence the low cost!). By removing the cold packaging and food delivery, we’re able to reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint and save you money on shipping costs.

If you’d like your groceries delivered, we suggest grocery delivery services like Instacart or Amazon Fresh.
